Claddagh Ring - custom order
This gorgeous ring was crafted using vintage methods. The details are crisp and delightful.
The Claddagh ring (Irish: fáinne Chladaigh) is a traditional Irish ring that represents love, loyalty, and friendship - the heart represents love, the crown represents loyalty, and the hands represent Friendship. The Claddagh ring can be worn in a number of different ways to denote the wearer's relationship status. These are often passed down through generations. I have acquired vintage replica tooling to be able to recreate this beautiful piece of history. Contact me for your very own Claddagh ring. Custom engraving available.
The legend was first told over 300 years ago in the ancient fishing village of Claddagh, outside the walls of the City of Galway on the west coast of Ireland. The Claddagh is a traditional Irish ring exchanged as a token of love. Many Irish wear the ring as an engagement or wedding ring. The Claddagh Ring dates from the 17th century and originated in the little village of Claddagh in Galway, Ireland.
